This Account Deletion Policy explains how users of the RS Rooms mobile application and website (“Service”) can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described in this policy.

1. Account Deletion Request

Users may request deletion of their RS Rooms account at any time by following one of the methods below:

a) Email Request

b) In-App / Website Request (If Available)

2. Verification Process

For security reasons, we may verify your identity before processing the account deletion request.
This may include confirming details such as your registered email or phone number.

3. Data Deletion Timeline

Once verified, your account deletion request will be processed within 7–15 business days.
After deletion:
- Your account will be permanently deactivated.
- You will no longer be able to access your bookings, history, or account data.

4. Data Retention After Deletion

After account deletion:

Personal data such as name, email, and phone number will be permanently deleted or anonymized.
Certain data may be retained temporarily only if required for:
- Legal or regulatory compliance
- Fraud prevention
- Accounting or dispute resolution

Such retained data will not be used for marketing or any other purpose.

5. Non-Deletable Data (If Applicable)

In some cases, complete deletion may not be possible immediately if:

There are active or pending bookings
There are unresolved payments, refunds, or disputes
Retention is required by law

In such cases, deletion will be completed once obligations are fulfilled.

6. Effect of Account Deletion

Deleting your account will:

Permanently remove access to RS Rooms services
Cancel any saved preferences or profile data
Prevent future login using the same account credentials

Account deletion is irreversible.

7. Children’s Accounts

RS Rooms does not knowingly allow accounts for children under 13 years of age.
If such an account is identified, it will be deleted immediately upon discovery.
